Poor mental health costs the Australian economy around $70 billion every year.

How will this help your business thrive?

Human-centred wellbeing experiences for modern teams.

Revive Wellness Club delivers facilitated workplace wellness workshops designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience and meaningful team connection.

Our workshops are immersive, grounded and intentionally human. They move beyond surface‑level wellbeing initiatives to create experiences that help teams slow down, reset and reconnect — both individually and collectively.

Outcomes for teams

❋ Reduce stress & burnout

Workshops support nervous system down‑regulation, helping team members release accumulated stress and reduce the impacts of prolonged workload pressure.

❋ Improved emotional regulation & resilience

Participants learn embodied tools that support emotional awareness and regulation, contributing to greater resilience both in and outside the workplace.

❋ Increased clarity, focus and presence

By slowing down and reconnecting to the body, participants often return to work with greater mental clarity, focus and a renewed sense of presence.

❋ Stronger team connection and trust

Shared, facilitated experiences create space for authentic connection, strengthening trust, empathy and psychological safety within teams.

Led by a facilitator with real experience

Before becoming a facilitator, I spent years working in the corporate world. I understand firsthand the pressure, pace, and expectations employees navigate every day — tight deadlines, constant stimulation, high performance demands, and the quiet burnout that often goes unnoticed.

My work is grounded in lived experience. I don’t approach workplace wellbeing from theory alone, but from having been there myself. I know what it feels like to push through stress, disconnect from your body, and keep functioning while running on empty.

This background allows me to meet teams where they are — with empathy, relatability, and practical tools that integrate seamlessly into real working environments. The practices I share are realistic, accessible, and designed to support nervous system regulation, focus, and resilience in a way that feels relevant to modern workplaces.

Who It’s For

Workplace Wellness Workshops are designed for organisations that value people, connection and sustainable ways of working.

They are particularly well suited for:

  • Teams experiencing high workloads or burnout
Supporting teams under pressure to pause, reset and restore nervous system balance, helping prevent long-term burnout.

  • Leadership and management teams
Creating space for presence, emotional awareness and grounded decision-making, particularly for those holding responsibility for others.

  • Growing teams and organisations in transition
Supporting alignment, clarity and cohesion during periods of growth, change or uncertainty.

  • Offsites, retreats and team days
Integrating wellbeing, connection and reflection into strategic planning or team-building experiences.

No prior breathwork or wellness experience is required, and all workshops are adapted to meet teams where they are.

  • Research has proven that breathwork helps clear the mind and improve focus, which in turn enhances productivity and efficiency. This is particularly beneficial in high-pressure environments where mental clarity and agility is crucial.
