Meet Steph
Hi I’m Steph, the founder of Revive Wellness Club. I spent years building a career in marketing that looked right from the outside. Successful on paper. Moving forward. Ticking boxes.
But underneath it, I was stressed, emotionally suppressed, and quietly disconnected from myself - from my body, my truth, and what I actually wanted from my life.
When I found breathwork during a solo trip to Bali, something cracked open. I had been on a path to self-discovery for a few years, but I had no idea my nervous system was dysregulated. Emotions I'd been carrying for most of my life started moving. Things I hadn't been able to think my way through began to dissolve, not because I'd figured them out, but because my body finally had space to process them.
I knew immediately that I wanted to share this with those around me.
Not long after, I trained as a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and later as a Trauma-Informed Practitioner. Since April 2025, I've facilitated many sessions across Sydney, the Newcastle Region, and most recently in Bali at the Istana - a renowned meditation and healing centre. During this time I left my corporate career for good, after realising I found fulfilment in helping people. The most important thing to me is creating a judgment-free space where people can feel truly safe - for some it’s the first time.
My approach blends science-backed breathwork with intuitive guidance. I don't believe healing is something I do to people - I believe the wisdom is already inside them. My job is to create the environment for it to surface, something I take extreme care in. I am fully aware that this work is sacred and not cut out for just anybody.
Revive Wellness Club exists because I wanted to take that individual experience and make it social - to show people that transformation doesn't have to be a solo journey. That you can do the deepest work of your life surrounded by strangers who may witness parts of you that even the closest people in your life don’t see.
If something in you is curious, that's enough. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up and breathe.

Meet the team
Revive Wellness Club is not just a brand, it’s a movement. In order for the movement to flourish, it requires a team of heart-led individuals who understand the power of doing better, together. That’s where our co-creator Simmo comes in.
Simmo Braun is an Alignment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and founder of Bloody Good Humans, a national movement centered on wellbeing, contribution, and meaningful impact. With a background in engineering and leadership, he brings a grounded, structured approach to transformation, shaped by real-world experience across high-pressure environments, fatherhood, and the pursuit of a life that feels both successful and deeply aligned.
Through The Bloody Good Tour, he has led a national blood donation movement, inspiring Australians to prioritise small acts with a big impact, from giving blood to taking better care of themselves. At the heart of it all is a simple belief: doing good feels good.
At Revive, he brings a unique balance of clarity and presence, creating spaces where people can regulate, reset, and reconnect, not just in the moment, but in a way that carries back into everyday life. His focus is to help people feel better in themselves, and reconnect with a deeper sense of alignment, energy, and direction, especially in the midst of full and demanding lives.
