Meet the Founder

Steph is a 9D Breathwork Facilitator, devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and return to a state of inner clarity and balance.

Her journey into breathwork began through her own healing—moving through stress, emotional suppression, and the quiet feeling of being disconnected from her body and truth. What started as a personal exploration quickly became a profound turning point, showing her the power of the breath as a gateway to emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep self-awareness.

Before stepping fully into this work, Steph built a career in marketing. While successful on the surface, she felt called toward a path rooted in purpose, presence, and impact. That calling led her to leave the corporate world and dedicate herself to facilitating transformational experiences that support emotional healing, self-trust, and embodied empowerment.

Steph’s approach blends science-backed breathwork with intuitive guidance, creating safe, intentional spaces where clients feel supported to soften, surrender, and meet themselves exactly where they are. Her sessions are known for being grounding yet expansive—inviting both deep release and gentle integration.

Whether in group journeys or one-on-one sessions, Steph holds each experience with warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for the individual path of healing. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to remind people of the wisdom already within them, and to help them breathe their way back home to themselves.

Meet the team

Revive Wellness Club is not just a brand, it’s a movement. In order for the movement to flourish, it requires a team of heart-led individuals who understand the power of doing better, together. That’s where our co-creator Simmo comes in.

Simmo Braun is an Alignment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and founder of Bloody Good Humans, a national movement centered on wellbeing, contribution, and meaningful impact. With a background in engineering and leadership, he brings a grounded, structured approach to transformation, shaped by real-world experience across high-pressure environments, fatherhood, and the pursuit of a life that feels both successful and deeply aligned.

Through The Bloody Good Tour, he has led a national blood donation movement, inspiring Australians to prioritise small acts with a big impact, from giving blood to taking better care of themselves. At the heart of it all is a simple belief: doing good feels good.

At Revive, he brings a unique balance of clarity and presence, creating spaces where people can regulate, reset, and reconnect, not just in the moment, but in a way that carries back into everyday life. His focus is to help people feel better in themselves, and reconnect with a deeper sense of alignment, energy, and direction, especially in the midst of full and demanding lives.
