How long does it take?
Each module is under 20 minutes. The daily breathwork practice is 10 minutes. You can work through the whole course in a week or take it at your own pace. Lifetime access means no pressure.
I've tried breathwork before and it didn't work for me.
9D Breathwork is different from what you've probably tried. It works at a physiological level: CO2 tolerance, vagal tone, nervous system reset, not just relaxation. Most people feel the difference in a single session.
I'm really busy. Will I actually do this?
This was built for that exact person. Nothing in here requires more than 20 minutes. The tools in Module 4 work in under 5 minutes. If you have time to scroll Instagram, you have time for this.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and somatic practice. It's not a replacement for mental health support, but it works well alongside it. If you're in therapy, this will complement what you're already doing.
